Daniela Cervini
Daniela Cervini graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School in 2007 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008. Prior to attending Law School, Daniela attended York University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree as well as a Bachelor of Education. Since being called to the Bar, Daniela has practiced as a litigator in the areas of Personal Injury Law and Family Law, and she also practices in the areas of Real Estate Law and Estate Law. Daniela is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association. In 2012, Daniela co-founded Cervini Bhatia P.C.
Daniela applies passion, experience, work ethic and preparation to ensure that her clients receive the best representation and results. She is dedicated to achieving for her clients the same superior results that she would demand from herself. Shiwali Navjot Bhatia
As a P1 Licensee, Shiwali N. Bhatia has dedicated her practice to giving her clients the extra attention and care they need and deserve.Shiwali began her legal career in 1999 and was licensed with the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2008. She worked with many recognized firms as a Senior Clerk and Paralegal before founding Cervini Bhatia P.C. The invaluable experience she obtained strengthened her aspirations of facilitating justice and advocating for the rights of others.
Shiwali’s legal career led her to work as a BI insurance analyst affording her the opportunity to gain insight into how insurance companies evaluate and litigate personal injury claims. It is the little guy’s inability to fight for himself against these large corporations that pushes her to succeed in her daily fight for clients’ rights and necessities.
Shiwali also has extensive experience in the area of Immigration Law and has aided numerous clients immigrate to Canada. Even when she’s not at the office, Shiwali finds ways to help others, and along with the firm, she supports many immigration-based charitable organizations.

David J. Levy
David Levy is the Managing Partner of Howie Sacks & Henry LLP, and works with Cervini Bhatia P.C. as trial counsel on personal injury cases. David is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation and is recognized by both L’Expert and Best Lawyers Canada as a leading lawyer in personal injury litigation.
David’s experience was built in the Courtroom through a long history of Trials and Arbitrations. Pragmatic by nature, David believes that it is the needs of his clients and their long-term quality of life that are central, above all else.
David holds membership and leadership roles in several professional associations and is regularly invited to speak at their events and seminars.
Poonam Kumar
Poonam Kumar joined Cervini Bhatia Professional Corporation in 2012 as a Senior Law Clerk and assumes the role of Office Manager, making her a vital member of the Cervini Bhatia P.C. team. She came to the firm with extensive experience in both office management and customer service.
Poonam Kumar is responsible for our firm’s everyday office operation and management. Her role also involves maintaining files, scheduling appointments, client management and employee management. She is an immediate contact for all clients.
Poonam is a dedicated employee and prides herself on building and maintaining a strong relationship not only with the firm’s clients but also with insurance analysts and other firm employees.
